So....no one told me that the movies would 2 1/2 hours long! I must say that I enjoyed it. I found myslef looking at my watch only once (which is a record for me). Who knows; I might go see a movie more than once ever 7 years after this!
I did OK with talking animals and witches - it might take me a day or two to psych up for gay cowboys. I have heard that it is excellent and am anxious to hear what you think of it.
It was very well done. A poignent (how in the world do you spell that?)story...sad, but with some really funny moments. Great acting...not too much cover your eyes stuff... I have to tell you though that there was a row of "gay guy hair" (E's words...you know, spikey with bleached tips) about 5 rows down from us. All we could see was the top of the heads. At the end of the movie, it was so sad and we're sitting there just quiet when the row gets up to leave and they are all GIRLS!!! We absolutely cracked up. That's the stuff real life is made of!! I liked the movie, but I wouldn't take my hubby!
